A software company's sales, risk and delivery teams were bogged down by admin-heavy processes that relied too often on executive involvement—slowing sales, frustrating teams, and disappointing customers. Together, we redesigned the workflow using existing tools—reducing risk, improving collaboration, and speeding up delivery and satisfaction.

We uncovered a broken knowledge management process that was inflating call times and threatening the success of a call-center software implementation. We revealed the root issue, aligned stakeholders, and re-prioritized efforts—cutting average call times from 11 to 6 minutes. With 2 million calls annually, that’s over $12M saved every year.

Through collaboration with hospitals, our client's cross-functional team immersed themselves into cleaning operations, identified core risks with cleaning processes and crafted a concept that will reduce the chance of healthcare associated infections and will enable hospitals to capture a larger segment of government funding.
