Founder Jump Start Cohort

Cancellation Policy

A nonrefundable $150 deposit is required to reserve your seat in Founder Jump Start. The remaining balance is due one week before the first session. If payment is not received by that date, your seat may be released to another participant. If you need to cancel, the $150 deposit is nonrefundable. If you cancel at least seven days before the first session, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded. Because Founder Jump Start is a small cohort with limited enrollment, refunds are not available once the program begins. Founder Jump Start is designed as a collaborative cohort experience. While we understand that life happens, participants are responsible for any missed sessions. Missed sessions cannot be refunded, repeated, or made up individually. Sessions will not be recorded. This helps create an environment where founders can openly share ideas, challenges, and experiences while respecting the privacy and confidentiality of the group. To create a meaningful experience for everyone, we ask participants to arrive on time, come prepared, complete between-session assignments, and respect the confidentiality of fellow founders. Ideas, conversations, and personal stories shared within the cohort should remain confidential unless participants agree otherwise. Tangled Rabbit reserves the right to reschedule session dates, change the meeting location (if applicable), or postpone a cohort if minimum enrollment is not met. If Tangled Rabbit cancels the cohort and no reasonable alternative can be offered, participants will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. By registering, you acknowledge that Founder Jump Start is an educational and coaching program designed to support your business development. Participation does not guarantee any specific business outcome or financial result.
